The fight was a war for both girls, with helenas dominating striking style and sarahs well rounded MMA skills this was truly a great fight to see.

As this was both girls Pro-mma debuts this fight was going to be tough. Although Sarah Moras is alot more experienced than Helena in MMA ( she currently stands 5-0 in MMA this was Helenas very first MMA fight) Helena carried herself well and moved like she had done it a million times.

Clearly the underdog in this fight Helena definatley left her mark on not only her opponent but on the crowd as well.

Helena kept up a blistering pace in her usual dynamic fasion through out the entire fight. She landed some beautiful combinations and showing fantastic take down defence and good clinch work.

After a solid first round the girls came out ready for round two and the battle escalted both girls landing some fantastic shots and showing great techniques. After landing a solid cross Helena staggered Sarah only to be taken down by the gutsy canadian. Sarahs ground experience showed as she quickly passed guard and landed in mount and began raining blows, after defending most of the shots helena turned to give up her back and the refree called the fight over, albeit a little early but fighters saftey is always a priority for our referees.

Both girls showed great respect and professionalism through out.

Helena said after the bout:

"I understand why the referee stopped the fight but i had so much more left, there was a point where sarah looked tired and i felt i had more in the tank, i felt comfortable standing, comfortable in the clinch. If i did the fight over i would have been more agressive from the start and i would have definatly rolled earlier when sarah had high mount, sarah is a great fighter and i look forward to fighting her again soon"

Sarahs coach UK MMA Legend Rosi sexton said

"It was a great fight, Helena has alot of potential i'm looking forward to seeing alot more from her!"

Expect to see alot more of Helena and Face the Pain in and around the MMA scene in the coming months!
